Impact, special achievements & commitments | Agropecuária N. S. Bonsucesso Ltda, under the management of Itacitrus, has been generating jobs and improving the average income of neighboring communities, in a region with a low job offer. Most of workers are from the communities surrounding the farm (Inhambupe, Sátiro Dias and Água frio, Bahia). Workers learn through training offered by the company. All workers are regular hired, signed professional card and legal labor rights, plus complementary benefits: Monthly free basic food package, mammography exam, prostate cancer prevention support, child education, support to family health program, implementation of young apprentice, classes for employees in the literacy project, breakfast for employees, free transportation for employees.
